Placing an order with Pro Media Robert Wolnik Sp. K. (hereinafter Pro Media) means acceptance of the following terms of cooperation.
Every Advertising Agency, upon verification, receives a discount on all products in our offer. After registering on our website, they can take advantage of special offers and promotions in our newsletter. Additionally, they gain access to the calculator on our website and inventory levels. Upon establishing constant cooperation, it is possible to obtain a higher discount or individual pricing.
Pro Media reserves the right to use realized products and their visualizations to present the offer and technological capabilities. Selected projects may be placed in the catalog, on the website, and at selected distributors, domestically and abroad. The Ordering Party has the right to restrict the use of the product made for them exclusively in writing.
All prices in the offer are net prices, to which 23% VAT must be added. The given prices already include an individual discount for the Advertising Agency.
We reserve the right to change them in case of significant currency fluctuations, changes in customs and transport rates, and an increase in purchasing costs from suppliers. These changes do not apply to orders accepted for realization and presented offers, the validity of which we guarantee for a period of 14 days from the date of preparation.
The order should be sent in writing by e-mail to the selected person from the sales department. It should contain information about the ordered assortment, mainly the shape, glaze color, quantity, unit price, and any additional services (e.g., unit packaging, labeling).
A project in PDF, CDR, or AI format must be attached to the order, specifying the size, location of the print, and colors. Upon the Client's request, Pro Media can match pantones with the reservation that they will be as close as possible but are not subject to a potential claim.
Based on the sent graphic materials, a visualization can be made at Pro Media. The order is accepted for execution upon the ordering party's approval of the print project.
The standard order processing time is 14 working days from the moment of accepting the realization terms and the project or prototype. In the case of assortment imported to order, this period may be extended, of which we will inform you upon order confirmation. For quantities larger than 10,000 pcs, the realization time is negotiated individually.
Changing the terms of the order or canceling the order is possible only in writing. In such a situation, we reserve the right to charge the ordering party for incurred costs.
An order is considered fully realized if the quantity deviation does not exceed 5% of the ordered quantity. Potential shortages may result from raw material quality problems or other unforeseen situations. Therefore, the VAT invoice is always issued for the actual quantity of manufactured assortment.
The client collects the ordered goods directly at the Pro Media headquarters or via a forwarding company. The collection date should be agreed upon at least 1 day in advance.
Transport of goods can also be organized by Pro Media. In this case, transport costs and other costs related to delays or refusal to accept the goods are borne by the ordering party.
Transport of goods organized by Pro Media is always insured to the actual value. A condition for receiving compensation for damaged goods is drawing up a damage protocol at the time of receiving the delivery.
Every Advertising Agency starting cooperation with us has the opportunity to purchase goods on a deferred payment term. The condition for obtaining this form of payment is payment for the first two orders in advance or no later than the day of collecting the goods.
For each subsequent order, the Advertising Agency receives a 14-day payment term and a merchant limit up to PLN 20,000 gross. If invoices with a deferred payment date are settled with a significant delay, the next two orders are again payable no later than the day of receiving the goods.
Exceeding the PLN 20,000 gross limit is possible only through individual negotiations.
The ordering party is obliged to quantitatively and qualitatively check the ordered goods on the day of receipt. In case of a complaint, the ordering party is obliged to report this fact in writing within 3 days of receiving the goods under pain of losing the right to assert claims for defects or quantitative shortages.
Only damaged goods or goods inconsistent with the order are subject to complaint. We are not responsible for damages resulting during transport by a forwarding company. The costs of delivering the complained goods to Pro Media are borne by the ordering party.
Minor color deviations and minimal differences in product sizes are not covered by the complaint. This is related to the possibility of slight deviations between different batches of porcelain, a limited palette of ceramic paints, high firing temperatures, and the type and color of the glaze on which the print is made.
Complaints will be processed within 7 days from the moment of receiving the complained goods. After accepting the complaint, the goods will be replaced with defect-free ones as soon as possible. Pro Media is liable only up to the value of the placed order.
Pro Media can print on entrusted goods. Due to the complicated technological process (high firing temperatures, variety of paint components, etc.), however, it is not responsible for the quality of the prints. The client therefore orders printing on their goods at their own risk.
