23 answers to the questions we hear most often — from placing an order and preparing a file, to print durability and delivery conditions.

01

Placing orders

The order should be placed by email specifying the quantity, name, product color, and transport option. In addition, it is necessary to send the print file in the appropriate format.

The customer receives order confirmation within a maximum of 24 hours by email, along with a visualization and completion date.

The standard minimum order quantity is 24 pcs.

The standard completion time is 10 working days from the moment of obtaining all necessary materials.

The accelerated completion time (express) can be about 5 working days and depends on current production load. For this matter, please contact the sales department.

Decorations

  • A vector design saved in Corel, EPS, or PDF.
  • A design for sublimation (Digital Print) as well as for raster work in a 300dpi JPEG file.
  • We also suggest specifying colors according to the Pantone palette.
  • An important issue is the minimum line thickness in the design, which is 0.2mm.
  • Direct print artwork can only contain solid Pantone colors.

Vector designs consist of individual elements that can be freely adapted to the needs and dimensions of a given product. Raster graphics, on the other hand, consist of a rectangular grid with numerous small dots (pixels). Their saturation determines the main parameter of the graphic, which directly affects the print quality.

Due to the limited color capabilities of CMYK (a combination of basic colors, i.e., cyan, magenta, yellow, black) in the Transfer Plus printing technique, it is recommended to strengthen some colors by adding additional Pantones. Therefore, please send full color artwork for evaluation by our sales department every time.

Yes. The revolutionary low-temperature printing technique called Polylux allows you to faithfully reproduce most Pantone colors. Thanks to this method, the most difficult colors are more saturated (vivid) than in the Transfer Plus technique. These inks are dishwasher safe, and the minimum durability is approx. 250 hours of washing at 60 degrees. The limitation is lower resistance to mechanical damage.

However, high-temperature fired ceramic decal (Transfer Plus) has color limitations; shades can vary by up to 15%. This deviation cannot be the basis for a complaint.

Yes, of course. Unusual projects are possible to implement. However, for this purpose, please contact our sales department.

Every finished product may differ from the design visible on the computer screen. Therefore, it is possible to order a prototype. Only after accepting the physical sample will the production of the entire order begin. The prototype valuation and deadline are provided to the Client by the sales department.

Based on years of experience in printing raster and photographic works, we primarily recommend Digital Print. It allows for excellent quality thanks to high 1440dpi resolution.

Of all printing techniques, the most resistant prints are fired at high temperatures. These are mainly Transfer Plus and Direct Print. Other methods like Polylux, TrendColor, and Digital Print are fired at lower temperatures, and their full resistance is about 250 hours of washing in domestic dishwashers.

The valuation of a print depends on several factors. First, you need to choose the appropriate decoration technique. The price is also affected by the run, print size, and number of colors. We recommend sending designs for valuation before placing an order. This will help avoid misunderstandings.

The difference between porcelain and porcelite is subtle, but it matters to many Customers. Porcelain is made from raw material that becomes snow-white after firing, and is then covered with clear glaze. Porcelite is made from raw material that has a much darker color after firing. The product is then covered with glaze in a chosen color, including white.

We serve many Polish and foreign Customers with different expectations. The highest quality of decorations can be obtained with European products. Chinese products are more numerous and much more competitively priced, which also translates to the finish quality of some batches.
