Direct Print

This technique involves automatic and direct printing on the cup. This makes it possible to decorate products accurately, quickly and cheaply in large quantities. The durability of the print and the range of colors is similar to ceramic decals.

However, the method has some limitations. The printing area on the mug is much smaller. Only the outside of the mug is printed, keeping a large distance from the ear. On convex shapes the printing field is severely limited and it is possible to make a small logo. Full color printing and tonal transitions are not possible.
