The order should be placed by mail with the precise description of the quantity, the colours of the product and transport option. Besides that, it's necessary to provide the printing file in the required format.

Order confirmation is sent in 24 hours the latest through mail including visual proof, and proforma invoice and lead time.

Standard MOQ is 24 pieces.

• Average lead time is 10 working days after reception of all required materials and approval of the visual proof by the customer.
• Fast lead time (Express) can be around 5 working days and depends on current production capacity. In that case, we encourage to contact our sales department.

• Vectorised file saved in Corel, EPS or PDF.
• Sublimation artwork (Digital Print), as well as gradient projects, file JPEG 300dpi.
• We recommend defining the colours according to the Pantone specification.
• An important matter is the minimal thickness of the line in the project which is 0,2mm.
• Artworks for Direct Print can be built only in solid Pantone colours.

Vectorised projects are built of separate elements which can be smoothly modified according to the needs and size of the particular product. Gradient artwork is built of the rectangular net with a large number of small dots (pixels). Saturation of those points creates the resolution of the graphics. It has a significant impact on the quality of printing.

Due to limited possibilities of the colour palette in CMYK (connection of basic colours cyan, magenta, yellow, black), it’s recommended in Transfer Plus method to add more Pantone. In that case, we kindly ask to send the full-colour artworks for each calculation.

Yes. Revolutionary low-temperature method called Polylux enables to reflect most of the Pantone. Thanks to it, the most demanding colours are saturated very well (more vibrant than in Transfer Plus method). Inks are dishwasher proof, minimal resistance is around 250 washing hours in the temp 60 C. Limitation is smaller resistance to mechanical damage. On the other hand, Transfer Plus fired in high temperature has colour restrictions where results can differ even 15% from the expected outcomes. That case cannot be a matter of complaint.

Each piece of the product can be seen on the computer screen. Due to that fact, there is an option to order a pre-production sample first. After approval of a physical prototype, mass production will proceed. Calculation and lead time will be sent from our sales department.

The best decoration method is digital print (sublimation). It guarantees the best resolution and colour saturation. It is also dishwasher proof.

Calculation of imprint links to a few factors. Firstly, there must be a method of decorating. Impact on the price, the number of imprint and number of colours. We kindly encourage to provide the artworks. It prevents all misunderstandings.

Yes, there is a possibility to produce decoration on the customer's article. However, we will not be responsible for failures and damages caused by the low quality of entrusted products. To prevent misunderstandings, we recommend producing a pre-production sample first.

The difference between porcelain and ceramics is delicate, however for many customers matters. Porcelain is produced from the raw material which after firing process becomes white. After that process, an article is covered by transparent glaze. On the other hand, ceramics is made of a raw material which after firing becomes darker. Next step is glazing the article in any colour including also white.

We work for many Polish and foreign customers with many different preferences. The highest quality of printing can be done on the European articles. Chinese products are more popular and much more price competitive. Sometimes it influences the quality of printing on a particular product.

As a producer, we try to make our distributors (mainly advertising agencies) have full confidence also related to the neutralization of shipments to final customers. At the request of the customer, shipments are labelled accordingly.

On the Polish market, delivery time is in most cases the next day of dispatch. Occasionally, delays occur due to logistics problems of the carrier. There is also the possibility of sending your own courier. For this purpose, please inform the sales department.

As part of the cooperation, the customer receives a standard payment for payment before sending the goods. Regular customers who will perform a minimum of 3 prepayments (each year) are insured and can receive payment dates depending on your needs. With large orders, there is the possibility of additional insurance for the customer. For more details, please contact the sales department.
